This is the second exercise in lucid dreaming which I've developed that prepares the mind for the virtual dreaming experience.
This is for those of you interested in lucid dreaming and getting moments of lucidity in your dreams. Remember to get into a regular habit of entering your dreams in your dream journal on waking.
As in the first exercise in this series, find a light switch in your dream. But instead of turning on the switch, turn the lights on and off by willing it to happen and observe the results.
Our research suggests that "willing" a light to turn on and off and using a dream switch are about equally easy.
Virtual dreaming is software assisted lucid dreaming which has been tested and found to work in several Australian clinical studies.
The Dreamguides community has been trialling the technology for the past year and we have found it seemlessly assists the lucid dream state.
Happy dreaming.
